The Court made the following: COMMON ORDER THE HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE TIRUMALA DEVI EADA l.A.Nos.l and 2 of 2025 in/and CRIMINAL PETITION No.14095 of 2025 This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitionets/accused Nos.1 to 3 under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 seeking to quash the proceedings against them in CC.No.3560 of 2021 on the file of XV Addltional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Hyderabad, registered for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 498-A of IPC and Sections 3, 4 & 6 of DP Act.

2. lt is submitted by learned counsel for the petitionersas well as respondent No.2 that during pendency of the present Criminal Petition, the parties have compromised the matter and accordingly, l.A.Nos.l & 2 of 2025 has been filed by respondent No.2 to record compromise between them.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has opposed the compromise petition.

4. Since the parties were willing to enter into compromise, they were given a chance to settle the matter by appearing along with their respective counsel before the High Court Legal Services Committee for the State of Telangana vide orders dated 30.10.2025 2 ETD. J l.A.No.r.l & 2 ot 2025 i,tl*n Ctb.No.rt (NS ol N2s passed by this Court. The Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee shall identiff the parties and submit a report to that effect.

Pursuant to the above said direction issued by this Court, the parties along with their respective counsel have appeared before the High Court Legal SeMces Committee for the State of Telangana and the Secret:ry of the above said Authority identified the parties and submitted ,a report dabd 07.'11.2025 stating that the parties were identified and they have willfully, without any coercion, entered into compromis:.

6. ln view of the above, l.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2025 are allowed.
