2. Heard Sri Janardhan Reddy Ponaka, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents and with their consent, this writ petition is being taken up for disposal at the admission stage.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the lst petitioner had purchased the land to an extent of Acs.12.OO25 guntas in Sy.Nos.293,458, 459 and to an extent of Acs.5.31 guntas in Sy.Nos.456, 457 and 460, situated at Jagadevpur Village and Mandal, Siddipet District and 2nd petitioner company also purchased land to an extent of Acs.2.0350 guntas in Sy.No.436, situated at Gandamalla Viilage, Thurakapaily Mandal, Yadadri-Bhongir District. Le arned counsel would further submit that the 1st petitioner made an application to fix the boundaries of his agricultural lands by paying requisite fee but, till date, no survey is conducted. Learned counsei for the petitioners would further submit that, due to some political statement with regard to the proposal of Regional Ring Road through Gandamalla Village and .=1-,, I I 3 EW, J Wp.32.902'2025 to make some benefit of it, the persons, who are in te:ested to buy lands in the village, have influenced respondent No.6 to conduct thc :;urvey in the inter-district level and he ordered respondent N,rs.7 and 8 to conduct survey and to complete the same on rvar footing basis and issued the impugned notices purportedly to conduct survey on 01.11.2025, without considering the request made by the l.t petitioner.'lherefore, he rvould firstly seek to conduct the survey of thc petitioners' property anc thereafter conduct the survey in terms of the notice, dated 23.1 O.2025.

4. Mr.Gulam Rabbani, learned counsel appe:rring for the person on rvhose application the survey is pioposed to be conducted. ';,,ould submit that the petitioners file<l the present writ petition without making the defendant in O,S No.211 of 2O25, which was filed by the petitioners before the Court of the Principal .Iunior Civil Judge, Gajwel. He would further submit that the u,rit. petition is liable to be dismissed on the sole ground of suppression of facts. He would further submit that it is necessary t,r implead him as part5z respondent in the present ivrit petitr.rr . 4 EVV, J wp 32902 202s Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue has placed on record the writtcn instmctions issued by the Inspector of Survey and Land Records and would submit that the Commissioner and Director, Survey Settlements and Land Records, Telangana, Hyderabad, uide his letter in Lr.No.F2/386 1 I 2025, dated 23.O9.2025, requested the District Collector, Siddipet District and Yadadri Bhuvanagiri District to conduct a joint survey, as there are boundary disputes between the two districts in the prese nce of all landlords and directed to submit a detailed report along with sketches and connected records. Accordingiy, the Inspector of Suwey, Siddipet, has issued the impugned notices uide File No.A3/376/2O25, dated 23.10.2025 stating that the joint survey purported to be conducted covers the land in Sy.Nos.292 and 459 of Jagdevpur Village, Siddipet District and Sy.Nos.436, 444,445 and 446 of Gandhamalla Village of Yadadri Bhuvanagiri District. He would further submit that conduct of survey or fixing of the boundaries of the two districts in the joint survey would not, in any case, effect the rights of the petitioners and the petitioners have got every opportunit5r to raise their objections. i 5 EVV, J Wp _329O2,2025

5. At this :;tage, learned counsel for the petitioners prays this Court to grant liberty to the petitioners to submit their objections ar- the time of survey proposed to be conducted on 01 . i 1.2025 rn t(:rms of the impugned notice.

In vicw of the above submissions, this Court deems it appropriate tc dispose of this writ petition granting liberty to the petitioners t,) raise their objections and the respondent authorities are directed to conduct survey strictly in a<:cordance with law a ft,:r considering the said objections raise'd by the petitioners.
