This Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Memorandum of Grouhds of criminal petition and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Karan Goyal, Advocate for the Petitioners and Sri Jithender Rao Veeramalta, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent No.1. JUSTICE TIRUMALA DEVI EADA l.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2025 in/and CRIMINAL PETITI No.14274 of 2025 COMMON ORDER: This Criminal Petition rs filed by the petitioners-accused Nos.1 3 and 4 under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 seeking to quash the proceedings against them in P.R.C.No.14 of 2022 on the file of Additional Junior Civil Judge-cum-Vll Additional Metropolitan Magistrate at Hayathnagar, registered for the alleged offences punishable under Section 364 rlw. 34 of IPC and Section 28 of the lndian Arms Act, 1959.
2. lt is submitted by learned counsel appearing for the petitioners-accused Nos.1, 3 and 4 as well as respondent No.2- de facto complainant that during pendency of the present Criminal Petition, the parties have compromised the matter and accordingly, l.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2025 have been filed seeking to compound the offences and to compromise the matter in the above P.R.C., respectively
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has opposed the said compromise petitions \ / 2 ETD, J Crlp 14274_2025
4. Perused the affidavit filed by the de facto complainant an l.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2025 which disclose that she has willingly consented for compromise. Since the parties were.witling to enter into compromise, they were given a chance to setfle the matter by appearing along with their respective counset before the High Court Legal Services Committee for the State of Telangana vide order dated 04.11.2025 passed by this Court. The Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee shall identify the parties and submit a report to that effect.

Pursuant to the above said direction issued by this Court, the parties along with their respective counsel have appeared before the High Court Legal Services Committee for the State of Telangana and the Secretary of the above said Authority identified the parties and submitted a report dated 14.11.2025 to' that effect stating that the parties were identified and they have willfully and without any coercion entered into compromise as per the terms of compromise.
6. ln view of the above, l.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2025 are allowed. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings iqP.R.C.No.14 of 2022 on the file of Additional Junior Civil Judge- 't cum-Vll Additional Metropolitan Magistrate at Hayathnagar, 3 Ctb I t):.t 20li registered against the petitioners-accused Nos.1 , 3 and 4, are hereby quashed subject to the petitioners-accused Nos.l, 3 and 4 paying an amount of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) to the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee, High Court for the State of Telangana, Hyderabad and Rs.5,0001 (Rupees Five Thousand Only) to the Telangana Bar Association, Hyderabad, within a period of three (03) weeks from today and file proof of the same before the Registry.

1. It is submitted that the Complainant filed a complaint before PS vanasthalipuram against the petitioners now in stage of PRC No. t412022 on the file of Addl. Junior Civil Judge-cum -VII Addl Metropolitan Magistrate at Hayatnagar in FIR 24412022 dt.26.02'2022 for the offence U/Sec. 364 rlw 34IPC & sec 28 of arms act 1959'of arms act 1959. It is submitted that the Complainant had filed the above FIR in the heat of the moment arising out of a personal and unfortunate dispute between Complainant and the petitioner. Since then, with the passage of time and introspection, the Complainant have realized that pursuing the prosecution any further would only prolong emotional distress and impede his efforts to move forward in life. It is submitted that after several rounds of discussions, the matter has been amicably resolved between Complainant and the petitioner and entered into an MOU dated 17.L0.2025 and the same is part and parcel to this affidavit. Fudher, the Complainant has bear no enmity or grievance against them. There is no ill will or bitterness remaining, and the dispute stands resolved to the satisfaction of both sides. 2 3 I
4. It is submitted that in view of the above, the complainant do not wish to support the prosecution or continue with the criminal proceedings against the petitioner. The complainant has no obiection whatsoever if the Hon,bte court is pleased to quash the said FIR.
5. It is submitted that continuing with the prosecution would serve n9 fruitful purpose and would amount to an abuse of the process of law' The triat would unnecessarily consume the vatuable time of this Hon'ble court, and my own time, energy and dignity would continue to suffer in the process. In view of the same the Hon'ble court may be pleased to quash the FIR, otherwise the Complainant and Petitioner will suffer irreparable loss and much hardship' It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to record the compromise statement and quash the PRC No' 1412022 on the file of Addl.
