2. Heard Ms. Nikita Goenka, learned counscl for the pctitioner, lcarned Government Pleader for Enerry on bchalf of Respondent No-1, Sri N. Sreedhar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for TGSPDCL on behaif of Respondent Nos.2 to 4 and Sri G.Madhusudhan Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Respondent No.5 - Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that it somewhat similar circumstances, while dealing with Writ Petition No. 20121 of 2025, this Court by order dated 14.07 .2O25 directed the respondents authorities therein to release the service connection, subject to the compliance of the statutory requirements by the petitioner therein, and hence, requested this Court to pass similar order in the present Writ Petition also. u 2 4 . Since the prayer of petitioner is to process the application form and release individual service connection, this Court lvithout going into merits of the matter, directs the respondents to process the application of the petitioner arid release individual service conncction to the subject property, subject to the petitioner complying with the directions jssued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Rajendra Kumar Barjatga's case (supra) and the statutory requirements prescribed by the local authorities.
