With their consent, this writ petition is being taken up for disposal.

2. This writ petition has been filed questioning the action of the respondent No.3 in interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioners in respect of their agricultural lands situated in Sy.No.861 /t/tA/t/t/l/1 admeasuring Ac.1_00 gunras and Sy.No.86 I 7 / IA admeasuring Ac.0.20 guntas of Sarvaraulapalle Village, Kandukur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District (hereinafter referred as "subject properties") as being illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and in violation of Articre 14, 2r and 300-A of the constitution of India and seeking a consequential direction to restrain the respondenl No.3 or anybody claiming through him from interfering with the petitioner's peaceful possession and enjoyment of the subject properties in any manner.

Learned Assistant Government pleader appearing for Home placed the instructions submitted by the Sub-Inspector of poiice, Green Pharma Police Station, Mahabubabad District wherein it is submitted that one Smt. Rubina Khatoon has given complaint dated O8.O9.2025 to 3rd respondent sta[ing that she is the owner of Ac.2_O0 2 ( of lzrnd in Sy.No.86/ 1 at Sarvarulapally, while rx Srnt. Adarrla Mysamma, 2) Adarla Rajesh, 3) pericherla Subbr L; aju, 4) Adarla Mahender are quarrelling with her claiming that thc sz id land belongs to them. Based on the said complaint, 3.d respondc: I mzrde petition entry, visited the disputes land, caused discretr. :nquiries, and enquired the witnesses. As per the enquiry, it re r :aled that the disputes pertains to land and both parties are clair ring to be the owners of the said land and they were advised to rettle the land dispute before the competent civil Court. After elc uiry, the said complaint was closed as ,civil in nature, on 01.10.20:l . It is further submitted that the very same complainant filed pr r tte complaint before the Court of Honble XVI Additional Judl: z I First Class Magistrate-cum-Additionar Junior civil Judgc, Ranga-edctv district stating that she has purchased Ac.2_OO of land in Sy.No 36/ I situated at Sarvaravulapalll, from Adarla yadaiah who is the I I sband of A-l and father of A-2 anrl the petitioner,s application for nut:rtion and issuances of new pass book are pending, while so t-lr A_I to 44 colluded with the revenue ofhcials created false reven r- t records and trying to grab her land. The said private complaint wir; forwarded to the 3'a respondent rvho in turn registered F.r.R.No.17g r 2025 under Sections 318 (4), 329 (3),3S2, 3St (2) of BNS, l7S (.3) BNSS dated 22.IO.2025. During the investigation, Sub_Inspect rr ol police examined the complainant and recorded her statemer t visited the scene of offence and conducted scene of offence panr I anarna and the presence of media .r rs_ Except prepared crime dehils form in '/ l' 3 conducting investigation in the above crime, visiting the scene of offence, the investigating officer did not interfere with the petitioner's land.

4. Learned Assistant Government pleader for Home submits that the petitioners are not an accused and respondent authorities have only visited the disputed property and after enquiry and examination of witnesses, closed the complaint as 'civil in nature'.

5. ln that view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with consent directing the respondent authorities to follow due procedure as contemplated under law before initiating any further action on the petitioners. With these observations, writ petition is disposed of.
