Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Energi on behalf of Respondent No. 1, Sri N. Mr. Yadaiah Boddupally, learned counsel for p",iaio.r.., submits that in somewhat similar circumstances, while dealing with Writ Petition No. 20121 of 2025, this Court by order dt.L4.O7.2O25 directed the respondents authorities therein to release the service connection, subject to the compliance of the statutory requirements by the petitioner therein, and hence, 2 requesl.ed this Court to pass similar order in the present Writ Petitior: also.

4. Recentlv, the Hon'ble Supremc Court in RcrT'endra Kumar Barjatlla u. U.P. Auas Eaam Vikas Parishadl, in the larger public intcrest, issued directions in aldd.ition to the directives issued in ,lie: Directiorts in the ntatter of demolition of structures. Rclevant for thc purpose of this case are: "( v) AII the ncccssary service connec[ions, such as, E.ectricity, urater supply, se\rrerage connectiolt, ctc., strall be given by the service provider / Board to the btrildings onl-r,, after thc production of rhc complction / cccr.rpation certificate. (") Even after issuance of completion certificate, deviation / violation if any contrary to Lhc planning permission brought to the notice of the authority immecliate steps be taken by the said authority concerned, in aCcordance with law, against the buildcr / ovt,ner / occupant; and the official, u,ho is re:;ponsible for issuance of wrongful completion / occupation certificate shall bc proceeded de :artmentally forthwith. (vi) No permission / licence to conduct any business / trade must be given by any authorities including local botlies of States /Union Territories in any un,a.uthorised building irrespective of it being residential or commercial building. Since the prayer of petitioner is to receive the application form and release individual service connections, this Court without going into merits of the matter, directs the respondents to receive the applications of petitioner and release individual service connections to the subject property, subject to petitioner complying with the directions issued by the Hon'ble Supreme court in Rajendra Kumar Bariatga's case (supra) and the statutory requirements prescribed by the local authorities'

6. The writ Petition is accordingly, disposed of. No costs 7 Consequently, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed SD/.
