Ms. Nikita Goenka, learned cc unsel for petitioner submits that in somewhat similar circumstances, while dealir-rg lr,ith Writ Petition No. 2O121 of 2025, this Court by order dt.I4.O7.2025 directed the respondents authorities therein to rcleasc thc service connection, subject to the compliance of the statutory w 2 requircmcl)ls by the petitioner therein, and henr:e, rcquested this Court to pass similar ordcr in the present Writ pe r.ir ion also.

Since the prayer ol petitioner is to receive thc application lorm and release individual service connections, this Court without going into merits ol the matter, directs the respondents to receive the applications ol petitioner and release individual service connections to the subject property, subject to petitioncr complying r,rrth the directions issued by the Hon'lcle Supreme Court in Rajendra Kumqr Barjatga's case (supra) and thc statutory recluirements prescribed by the iocal authorities.

6. The Writ Petition is accordingly, disposed of. No costs.

7. Consequently, miscellaneous applications, pending il any, shall stand closed.
