BIN OMER BAYAMEEN, Advocate for the Respondent No. 2 in Crl.Petition and Petitioner in l.A. Nos. 2 and 3 of 2025. The Court made the following COMMON ORDER: THE HON,BLE SMT. JUSTICE TIRUMALA D: /I EADA l.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2025 in/and CRIMINAL PETITION No.l4070 of 20.2 i COMMON ORDER: This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitionerT rccused Nos.1 to 7 under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 seekin<; to quash the proceedings against them in CC.No.3596 of 2024 ot the file of XV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Hyderabtrr , registered for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 49il A, 506 of IPC and Sections 3 & 4 of DP Act.

2. lt is submitted by learned counsel for the petitic lers as well as respondent No.2 that during pendency of the p r lsent Criminal Petition, the parties have compromised the matter I rd accordingly, l.A.Nos.2 & 3 of 2025 has been filed by respondent No.2 to record compromise between them.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor ha; opposed the compromise petition

Since the parties were willing to enter into c,) npromise, they were given a chance to settle the matter by appee'ing along with their respective counsel before the High Court .egal Services Committee for the State of Telangana vtde orders Ci led 30.10.2025 2 I'ID, J l.A.Nos.z E 3 of 2025 tn/and Ctlp.Na.14070 of 2025 passed by this Court. The Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee shall identify the parties and submit a report to that effect.

Pursuant to the above said direction issueQ by this Court, the parties along with their respective counsel have appeared before the High Court Legal Services Committee for the State of Telangana and the Secretary of the above said Authority identified the parties and submitted a report dated 06.'1 1.2025 stating that the parties were identified and they have willfully, without any coercion, entered into compromise.

6. ln view of the above, l.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2025 are allowed. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings in CC.No.3596 of 2024 on the file of XV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Hyderabad, registered against the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 7 are hereby quashed subject to the petitioners/accused are paying an amount of Rs.5,000i- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) to the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee, High Cou( for the State of Telangana, Hyderabad and Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) to the Director, Sainik Welfare, Hyderabad (Savings tuc.No.52'188526279, State Bank of lndia, Shantinagar Branch (20070), IFSC Code:SB|N0020070, MICR \ \ I EID, J lA.Nos-2 & 3 ol 2025 in/and Crlp-No.140lA of 2025 No.500004057), within a period of two (02) weeks frr n today and file proof of the same before the Registry 7 Miscellaneous applications, if any pending; shz I stand closed. //TRUE COPY// SD/-C.DEEPIKA ASShi 'ANT REGISTRAR ;?'-' I ECTION OFFICER To,
