When the matter is taken up for consid(:r ation, learned counsel for unofficial respondent Nos.S ald 6 wo - d submit that mutation application filed by the unofficial respor( ent Nos.5 and 6 in respect of the larrd in question has been r jected by the oflrcial respondents uid,e proceedings No.3/1 a /2024, dated 20.06.2024. ChaJlenging the same, the unofficiz I respondents filed a writ petition vide W.p.No .613g of 2Or,., against the petitioners and others and the same is pendin? adjudication. Hence, the cause in this writ petition does not s.-trl ive for further adjudication; hence, he would seek to close this rv: t petition.

5. Having regard to the submissions made by either counsels, this Court without making any observations on the merits or demerits of the case deems it appropriate to dismiss this writ petition as infructuous since cause in this writ petition does not survive for further adjudication
