2. Heard iearned counsel for the petitioner and Mr' L'Ravinder' learned Assistar-rt Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos. I to 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner 3. is the absolute olvner and possessor of the agricultural land in Survey No.79a l3l Al3, admeasuring Ac'0-30 guntas situated at Rej arla Maldal, Sathupally Mandal, Khammam District' It is further submitted that petitioner was issued passbook and title deed bearing Khata No.755 pertaining to the said land and he was in peaceful possession and enjoyment of the said land withor-rt any interruption or interference from alYbodY e1se. \i | :1 - 2
