Petition under Article 226 of the constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more in the nature of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents in seizing the Vehicle No. TG 04 T 3663 of the 1st petitioner, Vehicle No./ No. Ap 39 UX 4554, of the 2nd petitioner, \'ehicle No. TS 04 FG 4554 of the 3rd petitioner and Vehicle No. Ap 39 uz 2619 of the 4th petitioner without following any procedure under statutes contemplated under section gQ sub Section 7 of Minor Mineral concession Rules belonging to the petitioners as being illegal, arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice and violative of Articles 14, 1 6, 1 9 (1)(g), 21, 3OO-A and 301 of constitution of lndia and consequenfly direct the respondents to release the \/ehicle No. TG 04 T 3663 of the .lst petitioner, Vehicle No./ No. Ap 39 UX 4554, of the 2nd petitioner, Vehicle No. TS 04 FG 4554 of the 3rd petitioner and Vehicle No. AP 39 uz 2619 of the 4th petitioner seized in connection with FIR No. 309 of 2025, Dt. 22.10.2025 of Thallada pS, Khammam District forthwith. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in similar circumstance this Court in w.P.No.28058 of 2025 dated 2s.09.2025, t t passed the following order:- "6.Ilecording tlte subnissions ruade by the learned counsel appeaing on either side and in terrus of tlrc order pasxd by this Court in W.P.No.9605 of 2025 dated 28.03.2025, tliis rurit petition is dispose of grnnting liberty to petitioner to approach respondent authorities by i. .** -- ;izii rl,fly of submitting representation nlong uith all original documents in respect of ownership of the subject oehicle and inform that petitioner is retdy to camply with Rule - 12 of the Rules, 2015. On receipt of the said representations, respondent authorities shall consider tlrc same m''d dispose it of in terms of Rule - 12 of the Rules, 2015, tuithin a peiod of tuoo (02) ureeks thereafter."
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners further pray this Court to pass similirr orders as passed in W.P.No.28058 of 2025 dated 25.09.2025.
5. Learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for respondents did not dispute the same.

Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel appe:ring on either side and in terms of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.28058 of 2025 dated 25.09.2025, this writ petition is dispose of granting liberty to petitioners to approach respondent authorities by way <lf submitting representations along with all original documents in r€sperrt of ownership of the subject vehicles and inform that petitioners are ready to comply with Rule - 72 of the Rules, 2015. On receipt of the said representations, respondent authorities shall consider the same and dispo;e it of in terms of Rule - 12 of the Rules, 2075, within a period of two (02) weeks thereafter.
