This Petition coming on for hearing,upon perusing the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition and upon hearing the arguments of Sri MOHD GULAM RASOOL ,Advocate for the Petitioner in Crl.Petition and Respondent No.1 in l.A.Nos. 2 and 3 ol 2025 and the Addl. Public prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent No.1 in Crl.Petition and Respondent No.2 in l.A.Nos. 2 and 3 of 2O2S and M/s. G. PADMA, Advocate for the Respondent No. 2 in Crl.petition and Petitioner in l.A.Nos. 2 and 3 of 2025. The Court made the following COMMON ORDER: THE HON'BLE SMT. Pursuant to the above said direction issued by this Court, the parties along with their respective counsel have appeared before the High Court Legal Services Committee for the State of Telangana and the Secretary of the above said Authority identified the parties and submifted a report dated 03.11.2025 stating that the parties were identified and they have willfully, without any coercion, entered into compromise.
6. ln view of the above, l.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2025 are allowed. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings in CC.No.6 of 2025 on the file of Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Nampally, Hyderabad, registered against the petitioner/accused are hereby quashed subject to the petitioner/accused is paying an amount of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) to the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee, High Court for the State of Telangana, Hyderabad and Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) to the Director, Sainik Welfare, Hyderabad (Savings tuc.No.52188926279, State Bank of lndia, Shantinagar Branch (2OO7O), IFSC Code:SBlN0O20O7O, MICR No.500004057), within a t 3 E-TD, J l.A.Nos.2 & 3 of 2O25 iiland Crtp.No.l4OO6 of 2025 period of two (02) weeks from today and file proof of the same before the Registry.
