Learned counsel lor the petitioner submits that the lis raised in the present \lrrit Petition has alrcady been adjudicatecl lty the Division Bench ol' this Court in W.P.No.23 138 of 2025, which was disposed of uicle order dated 03 .O9 .2025 , and th us it is prayed to pass a similar or<1er in the present Writ Petition a1so

Having regard to the above made submissions, and ior the reasons alike in the order dated 03.09.2025 passed by the Division 2 possible, preferably Bench of this Court in W.p.No.23i3B of 2025, tne Writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to ensure that the entire amount payable to the petitioner be released, as expeditiously as r.r,ithin a period of six (06) weeks from today, failing which, the entire amount with regard to the retiral benefits shall carry interest at the rate of ro,h per annum, from the date the amount fell due till the actuai date of its payment. Miscellaleous petitions pending, if any, in this Writ petition sha1l stand closed.
