4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that respondent No.3 is the son of the petitioner c-i Page 2 of4 herein, born through his hrst wife. Later, as pe. the advise ald intervention o[ the elders and u,el1 'r .shers, the petitioner married again and out of the wedic r k, he bless with two children one daughter and one s ( n and the petitioner and his second wife looked after all t.t.: ee children. Later ofl, the petitioner performed the r rarriage of respondent No.3 by spending huge amounts ani respondent No.3 ald his wife ald living jointly with the petir.i rner. While so, respondent No.3 at the instigation of his u,if :, by way of deceitful and convincing words lured the : :titioner to partition the immovable properties by makin5l promise to look aJter the petitioner and his wife during th: r entire life time. Believing the false promises, the petitior r r gifted the agricuitural lands inherited by him from his a I :estors and some of it were purchase i.e., Sy.Nos.336E,/,1 33BEE/3, 339AE/3, s4sBtr l2, 346lEEl3, 34788/:t 368lEl3, 3698D/3 and 37llAl3, total land to an exten. of Acs.2.22 guntas, situated at Raikal Village, Farooqnallr r, Maldal, Ranga Reddy District. Basing on the sairl gift deed, respondent No.3 obtained pattedar passbook at I title deed on his name. Page 3 of4
5. After mutation of the above mentioned lands and obtained pattedar passbook, respondent No.3 and his wife started ignoring to look after the petitioner and his wife. Due to the sudden change, respondent No.3 at the influence of his wife, the hea_1th of the petitioner wad deteriorated. Aggrieved by the illegal and deceitful Acts of respondent No.3 in getting the agricultura-i lands gifted on his name by making false promise, the petitioner submitted a written representation dated 09.1O.2025 to respondent No.2 invoking the provisions of Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2OO7 and requested to revoke the gift deed and to give directions to respondent no.3 to pay the monthly maintenance so as to enable the petitioner to look after his day-to day maintenalce. Despite receiving the said representation, respondent No.2 has not acted upon it. Hence, the present writ petition.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, for respondent Nos.1 and 2 would submit that the petitioner submitted representation quite recently, arid without waiting for the outcome of the said representation has rushed to this l'agc .l ot f Court at a premature stage by filing the present rvrit petition. Hence, seeks to dismiss the same

In vierv of the aforesaid facts and circums :ances of the case, this Writ Petition is disposed of directirr 1 respondent No.2 to consider the representation subtr i -ted by the petitioner dated 09. 1 0 .2O25 , and pass appro strictly in accordance with law, by putting 1l rriate orders e petitioner, respondent No.3 and all interested parties cr notice and affording them an opportunity of hearing. If, rer; rondent No.2 is not inclined to accept the request made by - Le petitioner, he shall assign specific reasons, pass a reil ;oned order, communicate a copy of the said order to the .t :titioner and complete the said exercise as expeditiousi.y as possible. There sha,ll be no order as to costs.
