JUSTICE TIRUMALA DEVI EADA l.A.Nos.3 and 4 ot 2025 in/and CRIMINAL PETITIO N No.14044 ot 2025 COMMON ORD ER: This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ,BNSS') seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 3 in C.C-No.1420 oI 2024, pending on the file of II Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Malkajgiri, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 417,420,46g and 471 of the lndian Penal Code, 1860 (for short 'lPC').
2. lt is submitted by leamed counsel for the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 3 as well as respondent No.2 that during pendency of the present Criminal Petition, the parties have compromised the matter and accordingly, l.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2O2S have been filed by respondent No.2/defacto complainant seeking permission to compromise, record the compromise and to quash the proceedings against the petitioners in the above crime.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has opposed the compromise petition ( t I I i I I I I 2 ETD. J Cr\p,14A44,2025 \

Since the parties were willing to enter into c(,t lpromise, they were given a chance to settle the matter by appea ing along with their respective counsel before the High Court I egal Services Committee for the State of Telangana y/de orders d;t ed 29.10.2025 passed by this Court, where-after the Secretary, Hi1 h Court Legal Services Committee shall identify the parties and sLt mit a report to that effect.

Pursuant to the above said direction issued b'l this Court, the parties along with their respective counsel have appe; red before the High Court Legal Services Committee for the State o1 -elangana the Secretary of the above said Authority identified I re parties and submitted a report dated 10.11.2025 stating that th r parties were identified and they have willfully, without any coercirt r, entered into compromrse.
6. ln view of the above, l.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2O'.2i are allowed.
