3. Brief facts stated in this writ petition are that the petitioner is a software employee by occupation and the petitioner is currently residing in U.S.A. It is submitted that d.e-facto complainant filed a complaint on 02.0 g.2o2o alleging that on 20.o4.2016 her marriage was solemnized with the petitioner and at the time of marriage demand was made by the petitioner and his parents, stating that cash, gold and silver ornaments total worth of more than Rs.1o,00,ooo/- was given towards dowr5r. It is further submitted that disputes arose between the petitioner and d.e-facto complainant and on her request, petitioner sent her to India on
15.o8.2o 17. rt is further submitted that on the above complaint, a case utde FIR No.392 of 2o2o dated o2.og.2o2O was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A) of IPC, Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act and also charge sheet was filed in ,I a, ;l C.C.No.5847 of 2O2O on the file of learned I Additional Junior Civil Judge-cum-v Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Medchal Malkajgiri District, L.B.Nagar, which is pending. It is further submitted that Accused Nos.2 and 3 are the parents of the petitioner and petitioner also filed a criminal petition uide crtp.No.11184 of 2025 before this court praying to quash the proceedings in c.c.No.5847 of 2o2o on the file of learned I Additional Junior Civil Judge-Cum-V Additional Judicial Magistrate of First class, Medchal Malkqigiri District, L.B.Nagar, which is pending in the trial Court. However, the matter is still pending. It is further submitted that respondent No.4 sent a letter to respondent No.3 on 15.09.2020 requesting to issue Look out circular (Loc) regarding crime No.392 of 2o2o and Loc has been issued against the petitioner. Questioning the s€une, this present writ petition is filed.

Learned Assistant Government pleader for Home, basing on the instructions issued by the sub-Inspector of police, Ghatkesar Police Station, Rachakonda commissionerate, would. submit that the petitioner's wife namely Sri Nallapati/Nimmagadda Mallika Madhuri, lodged a complaint before respondent No.4 on o2.og.2o2o, with regard to dowry harassment and submitted that pursuant to the said complaint a case has been registered in Crime I No'392 of 2o2O and investigating officer issued notices under section 4L-A cr.P.c., to accused A-1 & A - 2 on 14.09 .2o2o und"er proper acknowledgment and that as the petitione r / At is residing in usA, the investigating officer made a requisition dated Ls.og.2o2o to respondent No.3, with a request to initiate appropriate steps for issuance of Look out circular (Loc) against the petitioner/Al. Accordingly, Look out circular has been issued against the petitioner /Ar and the same is being maintained and after completion of investigation, charge sheet has been filed uid.e C'C'No.5847 of 2O2O and the case is pending before the trial Court. The next date of hearing is on o2.r2.2o2s ,:, the purpose of examination of witnesses, as stated in the copy of case details reflected in ECourts Services, which has been placed before this Court. 5. ' Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is making all attempts to attend the proceedings in the trial Court, and the next date of hearing is scheduled on 2o.ol .2026. He further submits that the petitioner has purchased the flight tickets to arrive in Hyderabad for the purpose of attending the case and has placed a copy of the travel confirmation tickets before this court, which states that the petitioner will arrive on lg. 12.2o2s. In view of the above submissions, since the petitioner intends to appear before the trial Court, the Look out Circular (LoC) issued against the petitioner shall be suspended until 30.01.2026, enabling the petitioner to travel and attend the Court. Thereafter, for further travel, petitioner shall seek permission from the trial Court.
