1. This Writ Petition is filed questioning the inaction of respondent No.l in not passing any orders either on the interlocutory application or on the revision petition filed by the petitioners against the ejectment orders passed by respondent No.3 in Case No. TWB2/50120 16, dated 07.10.2016, and the confirmation order passed by the 2nd respondent in LTR Appeal No. AalLTR/41 /2017, dated 05.08.2025, in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.7.25 gts 1n Survey No.B and the rice mill situated at Tiryani Village and Mandal, Komurumbheem Asilabad District.
2. Heard Sri S.Surender Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, and learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare for respondent Nos. 1 to 4. Perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have filed a revision petition before respondent No.1 challenging the ejectment orders passed by respondent No.3 in Case No.TWB2/50 12016, dated 07.10.2016, and the ) NtsK J wP 32608 2025 a confirmation order passed by the !"a respondent in LTR Appeal No. A4/LTR/ 4l l20 17, dated 05.08.2025, in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.7 .25 gts in Survey No.B ald the rice mill situated at Tiryani Viilage and Mandal, Komurumbheem Asifabad. It is further stated that the petitioners have been in possession of the property for decades, and if they are evicted, they will suffer irreparable loss. It is stated that respondent No.4 and his subordinates visited the property on 25. lO.2O25 and attempted eviction, and they may return to dispossess the petitioners. Therefore, learned counsel prays that respondent No. 1 be directed to dispose of the appeal expeditiously.
4. Learnerl Government Pleader for Social \.\rt:[fare submits that the responclent authorities may be directed to consider and dispose of the: same in accordance u,ith lar.v.
5. Upon pr:rusa1 of the record ald submissions of both the learned counsel, it is evident that the petitioners have been in possession of the land and rice mill for several rlecades. It is noted that respondent No.4 and his subordinates have attempted eviction, and there is a real hkelihood of dispossession. It may be further noted that the inaction 3 NBK J wP 3260E 202i respondent No. I in disposing of the revision petition would rcsult in irreparable ioss to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.1 to consider and pass appropriate orders on the revision petition filed by the petitioners, strictly in accordalce u.ith lau , n,ithin a period of four (04) weeks lrom the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In the meantim e, status-quo existing as on today shall be maintained by both the parties u,ith regard to tl're subject propert-y. No costs.
