District Judge, R.R. District at L.B.Naqar, Hyderabad. The Tribunal has granted compensation of Rs.12,25,000/- (Rupees Twetve lakhs ,": twenty-five thousand onty) with proportionate costs and simpte interest at 9% per annum from the date of fiting of original petition titt the date of deposit of the amount. The Petitioner /Appettant Nos.1 & 2 and the Respondent Nos.1 to 3 atong with their respective counsel have appeared before the Lok Adatat. During the pendency of this appeat, both the petitioners /Appettants and Respondents compromised and fited Memorandum of Understanding vide lA.No. 4 of 2024 in IAAC/v1A No. '1586 of 7024, duty signed by them to seute the matter on the fottowing terms and conditions: " The Second Party-Appeltants/ Petitioners have agreed to pay Rs.5,50,000/- (Rupees Five takhs fifty thousand onty) to the First Party- Respondents towards futt and final setttement in the matter The First Party- Respondents votuntarily, without any force or coercion have agreed to receive the amount of Rs.5,50,000/- (Rupees Five [akhs fifty thousand onty) towards compensation and votuntarity agreed to withdraw the E.p. proceedings before the Tribuna[. That the amount of Rs.5,50,000/- includes Rs.25,000/- which was already deposited before the Tribunat, the First Party- Respondents are at tiberty to withdraw the amount of Rs.25,000/- deposited before the Tribunat.,, Accordingty, compromise is recorded and the Award is passed as per the terms stated in Memorandum of Understinding.
