Brief facts of the case are that the petitioner is an actor and olr'ner ol a chain of restaurants across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh' Thc PeLitioner and his legally weddecl wife, Smt Chirumamilla (]o$'thamy' rvho is the respondent No.6 herein, havc been residing separately since dispu[es. During this January, 2O25 due to personal and matrimonial conspired against the period of estrangement, the respondent No'6 petitioner in collusion with a Mr. D. H.V.S.S.N.Murthy, who is the respondent No'7 hrein, whom she met on several occasions. Aggrieved by alleged harassment, blackmail, and violation, Petitioner lodged a formal complaint through the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal on 06.10.2025, bearing Acknowledgement No. 237|O2SOOS9942. The Petitioner personallv appeared before thc Station House Officcr, Kukatpally Police Station, i.e. respondent No.5, the next day betr,r,ccn 3:OO PM and 5:3O PM and submitted a cietailed u,ritten complaint, attaching the rclevant evidence, and requcsting immediatc registration of an FIR under appropriatc provisions of lan . I Iowever, the SHO refused to registcr an F IR or issue acknon,ledgment, citing the "caplacity and influence" of the accused persons- 'l'he Petitioner's visit and interaction were captured on the CCTV cameras of thc police station. On the samc day, Lhe Pctitioner also submitled the same complaint to Respondents No.3 and 4, both ol rvhich were duly acknoin'lcdged by their respective offices. It is submitted that the Petitioner disparchcd copies of his represenLations to the Respondents No.1 and 2, which rvere dul1, delivered and acknowledged. On O8. 1O.2O25, the Petitioner had also sent a Speed Post (Consignment No.EN451613462IN) containing the complaint addressed to Respondent No.5, which was officially delivered on O9.1O.2O25. Inspite of multiple complaints made by the petitioner to the respondents, no action has been initiated thereon. In view of lhe above, lhe respondent No,S police issued notice under section 94 ll'79 tsNSiS, clated 14.ro.2o2s informing the petitioner to provide evidence and procluce witnesscs, so that approprlate ,"gal action will be taken against the a.legcd respondents as per law. lt is further submitted that the respondent No.S r,r,ill take nccessary action a..s and when the petitioner visits the police Station and fr-rrnish cvidence .nd witnesses, as per 1aw. Along rvirh ttle insLructions, a copy of notice unc,r:r Section 94 / l7g BNSS is hled. 6

7. The learned Assistant Govcrnment Pleader submitted that unless the petitioner provides proper/correcL address, the Station House Officer, ca nnot proceed lurther enquiry.

At this juncture , thc lc:rrned counsel for the petitioner submittcd that the pelilioner is staying at 1812, Marina Skies Tou,er, 1, Green Hills, Road, Kukatpally, Hyderabad-SOOo 18, u,l'rich address is indicated in the lease agreement o[ the famrly mcmber and Lhe notice datcd 14.10.2025 issucd under Section 94 I 179 BNSS is received by the petitioner on 28.10.2025. Horvever, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the notice served on the petitioner in this Court is dated 28. lO.2025 and the same is acknowledged by the petitioner and the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioncr will takc appropriale s[eps as available under law.

In that view of the matter, the petitioncr is dirccted to approach the respondent No.S and furnish a copy of the rental agreement of the family in reply to the notice dated 14.10.2025128.10.2025 and also provide all thc relevant documcnts/ evidence verifying his identi$l card/documents as available with the petitioner. Upon rvhich, thc respondent No.5 is directed to take appropriate action in accordance with law.
