2. The Commissioner, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, Circle No.18, Shaikpet, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, Telangana State, is suo moto impleaded as respondent No.4 in this writ petition.

3. Learned Standing Counsel for HYDRAA submitted that complaint daled 11.10.2025 has been lodged by Western Plaza Apartment Owners' Welfare Association stating that 468 families are residing in Western Plaza Apartment and there are 500 flats in the adjoining Adithya Athena Apartment; that commercial business and trading activity done by some persons in their locality is creating health hazards to all the family members in the gated community; that sounds of heavy vehicles loading and unloading during the night hours is causing lack of sleep; and that children are badly affected. lt is further stated that there is violation of pollution laws including sound pollution and ground water pollution; and that the person operating business has 2 taken on lease 200 square yards, whereas he is utili; ing area of more than two acres of Government land for his business. I r that connection, notice was issued to the petitioner, to which t r I petitioner has submitted reply on 21 .1O.2O25,and appropriate actior is being taken in accordance with law.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitte C that a suit in O.S.No.197 ot 2O2O on the file of the l-Additional .r nior Civil Judge- cum-XV Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberat ad, was filed by the petitioner against [//s. Western Plaza Resic r ntial Apartment, wherein slafus quo order was passed on 28.07.202C in 1.A.No.427 of 2020 (Ex.P6). Despite the same, there is interferen< e by respondent No.2.

5. Learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nr> 2 submitted that he needs to verify whether sfalus guo order dat: i 28.07.2020 is extended or not.
