This Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition and upon hearing the arguments of Sri lilohd Mustaq Ahmed Siddiqui, Advocate for the Petitioners Mr. Jithender Rao Veeramalla, Additional irublic Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent No-1 and of Sri Rajan Palakurthi, Advocate for the Respondent No'2' The Court made the following: COMMON ORDER , TI{E HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE TIRUMALA DEVI EADA l.A.Nos.1 &2of 2025 inland CRIMINAL PETITI No.13926 ot 2025 COMM()N ORDER: 1. This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitionr:rs/accused Nos.1 to 3 in C.C.No.2922 of 2025, pending on the file of lll Additional Junior Civil Judge cum lll Additional Judicial Magistnate of First Class, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar, registered for the offence punishable under sections 498-A, 406 of lPC, 1860 and Sections 3 of DP Act.

2. lt is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners/accused Nos.1 t,c 3 as well as respondent No.2 that during pendency of the present Criminal Petition, the parties have compromised the matter and ac;cordingly, l.A.Nos.1 & 2 of 2025 have been filed by respon{ent No.2/defacto complainant seeking permission to compound the offences, to record compromise and to quash the proceeclings against the petitioners in the above crime.

4. Since the parties were willing to enter into compromise, they were given a chance to settle the matter by appeadng along with their respective counsel before the High Court Legal Services Committee for the State of Telangana vide orders dated 28.'10.2025 passed by this Court. The Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee shall identify the parties and submit a report to that effect.

Pursuant to the above said direction issued by this Court, the parties along with their respective cpunsel have appeared before the High Court Legal Services Committee for the State of Telangana and the Secretrary of the above said Authority identified the parties and submitted a report daled 12.'11.2025 stating that the parties were identified and they have willfully, without any coercion, entered into compromrse.

6. ln view of the above, l.A.Nos.l & 2 of 2O25 are allowed. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings in C.C.No.2922 of 2O25, pending on the file of lll Additional Junior Civil Judge cum lll Additional Judicial Magistrate of Fitst Class, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.
