A consequential prayer is sought to direct respondent No.2 to pass appropriate orders on the representation filed by the petitioner on 05.01.2024 in pursuarce of directions given in the order dated 15.12.2023 passed in W.P.No.26955 of 2023 and order dated
27.06.2025 passed in W.P.No. lalO4 of 2025

Heard Mr. Mirza Aijaz Ali Baig, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. H.Rakesh Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.l and 2, Mr. M.Yadagiri, learned Assistant Government Pledaer for Women & Child Welfare appearing for respondent No.3, and Ms. Tejaswini Rathod, learned counsel representing Mr. Sri Harsha Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.4 - Singareni Colleries Company Limited.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner appeared virtually and submitted that the petitioner is running a Welfare Society (Orphans Home) duly registered uide Registered No.53 I / 2OO5. It is further submitted that the petitioner initia,lly filed W.P.No. )6955 of 2023 for .t 2 non-consideration of the petitioner's representation dated O1.O9.2023 arrd the letter dated l2.l0.2}l8 addressed by r :spondent No.2 District Collector to respondent No.3 therein n pursuance of G.O.Ms.No.76, dated ll.O7.2Ol9 read with G.O.lts.Nos.58 and 59, dated 30.12.2014 granting regularization to the peti ioner. This Court uide its order dated 15-12.2023 issued a directior in the said writ petition as extracted under: "5. 5. Aggrieved thereby, the petitioner is constrained to frle this writ petition to consider its representations dated 19.06.2025, 24.O9.2025 & the earlier representation dated 05.01.2024 to implement the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.26955 of 2023.
6. It is further submitted that since the petitioner is approaching this Court by filing various writ petitions, a false complaint has been registered against the petitioner uide F.I.R.No.469 of 2025, dated
25.09.2025 for the offences under Sections 142 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and 41 read wath 42 of Juvenile Justice Act. The said proceedings are pending for investigation by the respondent - police on the hle of PS Govarikhani - I Town, Peddapalii District. By enclosing the photocopy of the newspaper clippings, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that out of vengeance, as the petitioner 1S complajning against the respondent officials, the petitioner has been falsely implicated uide the F.I.R.'as stated supra 4 7 . Learned Assistant Government Pleader appear ng for respondent No.3 submitted that the case of the petitioner in 1 :rms of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.26955 of 2023 can rot be considered as G.O.Ms.No.S8 ald 59 are under challenge a1 1 the same were pending before the Hon'ble D.B. of this Court uide \ /.P.(PIL).No.109 of
2016. It is further submitted that if the petitioner f.l :d any application in terms of the said G.O.s, upon the adjudication c,l the matter before the Hon'ble D.B. of this Court, the case of the petitioner will be considered in due course of time in accordance wit: 1aw. It is further submitted that the petitioner liled W.P.No.181O4 of i O25 and in terms of the order passed by this Court, the petitioner's re,1 resentation dated
19.06.2025 is under consideration and approprial( orders would be passed. It is further submitted that the lr :titioner's ea-rlier representation dated O5.O1.2024 seeking the same r :lief as sought for in the earlier writ petition to implement the order pzL ,sed by this Court, no further action can be initiated by the' official re :pondents as the said G.O.s were under challenge before this Court. I iince an F.I.R has been lodged against the petitioner on the file of PS ]odavarikhali - I Town, uide F.I.R.No.469 of 2025 and the same is ur der investigation, seeks to pass appropriate orders.

Learned counsel representing the learned Ste_r ding Counsel for respondent No.4 submitted that respondent No.4 is z formal party and that thegetitioner's claim cannot be considered unc :r G.O.Ms.No.76, l' 5 dated 11.07.2019, since the said G.O. pertains to regularization of - land belonging to respondent No.4 and the petitioner's grievance does not fall within its scope.

This Court having heard lea_rned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for respondent No.3 and learned counsel representing the learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.4 and having noticed that no orders have been passed in respect of the representations made by the petitioner dated O5.O1.2O24, 19.06.2025 & 24.09.2025, without going into merits & demerits of the case, deems it appropriate to direct the oflicial respondents to pass appropriate orders in accordalce with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period three (O3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and all interested parties to this lis.
10. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications if any pending in this petition, shall stand closed. /.P.
