Page 2 ofS n n 3- Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would , sutrmit . tl:at petitioner No.l is the -absolute owner and posisessor of agricultural land to an extent of Ac.o.2o guntas (out of Acs. 1.o6 guntas) in sy.No. L32lD / s, situated at seetarampally Village, Banswada Division, Bichkunda Ma;edal, Kamareddy District, having purchased the same through a registered. sale deed bearing document No.963 of 2Cl09, dated 15.o5.2oo9. petitioner No.2 is the absolute owrrer and possessor of agricultural land to an extent of Acs' 1.2o guntas (out of Acs.2.26 gpntas) in sy.No. L32/D/3, situated at the very sarne vilrage, through a registered sale deed bearing document No.94 of 2aor, dated 23.oL.2ooz. The names of the petitioners also recorded in the revenue reccrds and pattedar passbooks and. title deeds were also issued uide passbook Nos.Tl2o 4o2zoo2s and Tl2t)4o27o16& Later on, the nlmes of the petitioners were also entered in Dharani web portal with Khata Nos.So and 283. 4- The special commissioner and Director stlrvey, Settlernent and Land Records isstred instructions uid.e r. (^' Page 3 ofS Circula,rs R.C.No.N L /65/.g /gg, dated 2S.OT.2OOL, Rc.No.Nl / L4aB/oT, B.o;.iooz, Rc.No.N2 | L74l/2OLO, dated f 8.OS.2O10 and D.o. Rc. N o.N t / 4296 / 20 L2, dated 22.og.2o L2 to the Revenue Survey Authorities for survey and demarcation of the lands on request made by private parties such as petitioners. Based on the said circulars this court uide its order dated 14.46.2013 was preased to ailow w.A.No.l 1o of 2oL3 directing to conduct snrvey and d.emarcation. In fact, respond.ent No.l admitted in the said writ Appeal that there is no prohibition for conducting the sLr.ryey under the law. The Telangana Survey and Boundaries Act, Lg2s provide for survey, demarcation and sub-division and also mainteRance of survey records and also re-survey in case the survey marks are damage-d by ttre land owners. .:5- The rdspondent-authorities have to necessarily pin""r" the petitioners' F-Line application Nos.TrDERo22 sotzo342s and TTDERo22sor2o34r8; both dared oT.og.2ozs for survey, demarcation and sub-division in terms of the aforesaid circulars and the judgment of this co,rt in Page 4 of5 ., W.lr.No.11O of 2013. Despite receiving and acknowledging tlre said F-line applications, the respond.ent-authorities did not act upon the same. Aggrieved by the said inaction, the peb,tioners filed the present writ petition.

Whereas, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Relenue, on instructions, #puld submit that the respondent- authorities will consider the aforesaid F-line applications sutrmitted by the petitioners by following the due procedure laid. down und.er law and conduct survey and demarcate the afor:esaid land by fixing boundaries.

In view of the aforesaid discussion, this writ petition is disposed. of, directing the respondent-authorities to consider the F-line applications bearing Nos.TTDERO22SO L2O3425 ancl TTD.ERo225OL2O34L8, both dated 07 'O9'2025 sutrmitted by the petitioners, conduct survey and d.emarcate the aforesaid lands by"i fi*i,,g bound'aries, strictly in accord€rnce with law by putting the petitioners and all .+. alk:cted parties on notice and affording them an opportunity- If :respondent-authorities are not inclineC to accept the request mad.e by the petitioners, they shalt pass an order Page 5 of5 assigning specific reasons and communicate cgpy of .the said order to the petitioners. They shalt cornplete the entire exercise within a period of forty five (45) working days from the date of receipt of a copy of this ord.er. There shall be nol .:.-.. order as to costs.
