Heard Ms.Priyalka Singh, representing Sri Sai Prasen Gundavaram, learned counsel lor the petitioner, Sri C.Rajashekar Reddy, learned Star-rding Counsel appearing for respondent No. I and the learned Government Pleader for Services (Home) appearing lor the respondent Nos.2 to 4 and perused the record. al. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the notihcation issued by the respondent No.1 vide Notification Rc. No.4 1 / Re ct. / Admn. I I 202 2 dated 25.4.2022, petitioner applied and participated in the selection process for the post of Stipendiary Cadet Trainee (SCT) Police Constable (Civil) and thereafter selection order was issued vide proceedings No.HCP/ R&T / RT -2 / 22 I 2024 dated 23.2.2024 and in pursuance of the same, petitioner was inducted into training program for a period of nine months. Thereafter, petitioner was issued u.ith a 2 \ show cause notice dated 3.5.2024, stating that the Commissioner of Police, H_vderabad submitted a report vicle letter dated

12.3.2024 inf<rrming that the Stud-v/Bonafide Certihcate of 1.t to 4th class submitted by the petitioner \\'ere found to be not genuine Petitioner subrnitted his explaration to the said show cause notice on 21.5.2024. The learned Standir-rg Counsel appearing for respondent No.1, on instructions, submits that a detailed enquiry was caused by an IPS Officer of Superintendent rank and it was reported through letter dated 9.6.2025 that Bonafide Certificate of Study from l"t to 4th class in respect of petitioner is not genuine as the year of admission and class of admission was altered in the admission and withdra'"r,al registers of the schooi.
