Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Stermps and Registration did not disputc the submission made by the learned counsel for the pelilioners r,r'ith regard to clisposal of W.P.No.48 16 ol 2025 and further submits that if the petitioners present the sale deed by paying suffi<:ient stamp duty, the registering authority u'ill take rrppropriate decrsron, hence, requested to pass appropriate orr,1r:rs.
