Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have filed an appeal dated 08.I1.2O24 before respondent No.2 challenging the proceedings dated A3.O8.2024 issued by respondent No.3. He further submitted that initially the said appeal was unnumbered ald no stay was granted. Hor,vever, it is now submitted that the said apoeal has been numbered and is now reserved for judgment

4. In view of the fact that the aforesaid appeal is now numbered and reserved for judgment before respondent No.2, this Court is of the opinion that no further orders are required to be passed in the present Writ Petition at this

5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, till the disposal of the aforesaid appeal, status- quo existing as on today shall be maintained by both the parties with regard to the subject property. No costs.
