State Subordinate Service Rules and consequently direct the respondents to cover the petitioners under Old Pension Scheme from the date of their initial appointment as contract labours, by adhering to the tripartite agreement dated 14.8. 1997, MOU dated 19.4.2023, and settlement under lndustrial Disputes Act, and recommendation of the 5th respondent, by bringing amendments as may be deemed fit in the T.S.
