RAMESH KADARI Counsel forthe Respondents No 1 To 4: AGP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: ORDER THE HONOITRABLE SRI JUSTICE E.V.VENUCTOPAL l" ORDER: WRIT PEf,ITION No.3239O of 2ol25 Aggrieved by the inaction of respondent Nos.2 to 4 on the representation made by the petitioner dated 12.03.2025 for entering tlre lands in Survey Nos.557, 651116, 534, 421 /36 admeasuring Ac.2-15 guntas, Ac.3-31 guntas, Ac.10-2 I guntas & 2-24 guntas respectively situated at Gunjapadugu Village, Manthani Mandal, Peddapalli District in her pattedar passbook, the present writ petition is filed. A consequential prayer is sought to direct respondent Nos.2 to 4 to considering her representation dated 12.03.2025 for entering her aforesaid lands in her pattedar passbook.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos. 1 to 4.

Lrarned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the absolute owner and possessor of agricultural lands in Survey Nos.557, 651116,81, 534, 421136 admeasuring Ac.2-15 guntas, Ac.3-31 guntas, Ac.1-09 guntas, Ac.10-2 I guntas &' 2-24 guntas respectively situated at Gunjapadugu Village, Manthani Mandal' Peddapalli District. lt is further submitted that the petitioner was issued with pattedar passbook by the then composite Government of \ l\ 2 Andhra Pradesh in respect of all survey number except for the la.rrd irt. Survey No.42l/36 to arr extent of Ac.2-24 guntas. It is further submitted that ttre petitioner was issued digital pattedar passbook and tifle deed urde passbook No.T20O60O2OO27 and Khata No.76, however, the digital passbook issued to the petitioner only reflects the survey No.81 admeasuring Ac. 1-09 guntas, but not the other survey numbers. As such, the petitioner made a representation to respondent Nos.2 to 4 on 12.O3.2O25 for entering the remaining extents of land excludng Survey No.81, admeasuring Ac.1-O9 guntas, which was already entered in his digital passbook. But, till date, no action has been taken by the offrcial respondents. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner is contrained to file this writ petition seeking appropriate directions. 4 . Learned Assistant Government Pledder for Revenue submitted that in respect of the F-line application made by the petitioner herein, the survey has been conducted pertaining to Survey No.534 of Gunjapadugu Village, Manthani Mandal, Peddapalli District by following due process as contemplated under law and hence submits that this writ petition is misconceived in the absence of making aly application for conducting survey of a land in a particular survey number where the petitioner is claiming to hold such land. He would further submit that in support of such claim, documents are required to be furnished to enable the offrcial respondents to conduct the 3 survey. In the absence of any such application, the petitioner claiming ,,:, to survey tJle said survey number does not hold any validity. He would further submit that the petitioner ought to have made an application for conducting the survey under relevant provision of Bhu Bharathi Act, 2025 for seeking the relief as sought for in this writ petition. In the absence of these two aspects, he would submit tfiat the case of the petitioner is completely misconceived and seeks to dismiss this writ petition.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, this Court witltout going into merits and demerits of the case, deems it appropriate to dispose of this writ petitoin, with consent, granting liberty to the petitoiner to take necessar5r steps in accordance with law.
