3. Heard Sri Y-Soma Srinath Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner/accused No.1 and Sri D.Arun Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of respondent - State. 4 . karned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was remanded to judicial custody on 27.O7.2025 in connection with another Crime No.147 of 2025 and that being so, 90 days of he r remand are completed, by virtue of which, she is entitled for grant of default bail in all the other crimes as there were registered within ten days of registration of hrst crime. Therefore, he prayed that though these criminal petitions were filed for grant of regular bail, he would confine his submissions to the extent of grant of default bail to the petrtloner
5. On the other hand, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, vehemently opposed the submissions made by learned counsel for petitioner and contended that even assuming that petitioner is entitled for relief of default bail, the petitioner has to approach the concerned Magistrate Court and hie appropriate application, instead of approaching this Court. Therefore, he averred that the relief as sought for, by the petitioner, cannot be granted. 1 I ,4 3
