Upon considering the writ prayer and the avernents made in the writ affidavit, it is evident that the petitioner seeks directions to the respondents to act upon certain complaints and to initiate action against an advocate and registry officials. Such reliefs do not fall within the scope of writ jurisdiction, as they involve disputed questions of fact and matters that are required to be examined by the competent authorities in accordance with the prescribed procedure. In the absence of violation of a legal right warranting interference under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, no relief can be granted, and thus, the writ petition is not maintainable
4. In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed as not maintarnable. However, it is left open to the writ petitioner to approach the concerned authorities. No order as to costs. .)
