Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Irrigation and CAD appearing for respondent No1, learned GovernmentPleaderforFinanceandPlanningappearingforrespondent No.2, and learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition appearing for respondent Nos.3 and 4 and perused the record.

When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing on admission. learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners fairly submlts that though the petitioners had filed the present Writ Petition agqrieved by the 2 inaction oF the respondents in not paying cornpensation in terms of Award passed in L.A.O.p.No.t50 of 2019 dt.O4.IO.ZOZ3, the respondents have now filed an appeal against the aforesaid order before this Coutt, vide L.A.A.S.No.144 of 2024 aM this Court by order, dt.02.01.2025, has stayed the operation of the order passed in L.A.O.p..

4. Learned counsel thus, submits as the operation of the order in L.A.O.P. dt.04.I0.2023 has been stayed by this Court, the cause in the present Writ petition does not survive for consideration. 5. Recording the aforesaid submission and granting liberty to the petitioners to pursue the remedies open to them in raw. the writ petition is closed.
