3. During the pendency of this criminal petition, at the - \ intervention of rvell-wishers and elders, petitioners,/accused Nos. I and 2 and respondent No,2/de-facto comltlainant have entered into compromise to resolve the dispu tes pending between them and filed joint affldavit along with I.A.No.2 of 2025 and also filecl another I.A.No.1 of 2025 trt record the compromise and to compound the offences.

The above said applications came up for c tnsideration before this Courl on 19.09.2025, and this Cour-t directed the petitioners/accused Nos. 1 and 2, and respon<lent No.2/de- facto cornplainant, to appear before the Secretarl, Telangana High Court Legal Ser-vices Committee, alorrg with their identity cards for their identification, on or before

24.09.2025, and further directed the Telangan,r High Court Legal Services Committee to submit a report b.y, )8.1O.2025. Pursuant to the same, Telangana High Court Le11al Services Committee sr-rbmitted report dated 24.O9.2025.

Consequently, the criminal petition is allowed and the proceedings in S.C.No. lO0 of 2022 on the file of Special Sessions Judge for SC/ST cases-cum-Vl[I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Nizamabad, against the petitioner/accused Nos.l and2 are hereby quashed.
