The Court made the following: COMMON ORDER EL 7 THE HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE TIRUMALA DEVI EADA l.A.Nos.2&3of2 025 in/and CRIMINAL PETIT ION N o.13797 ot 2025 COMMON ORDER 1. This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 52g of BNSS, 2023 seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused No.1 in C.C.No.193g of 2023, pending on the file of Xl Additional Metropolitan Magistrate Court at Rajendra Nagar, Ranga Reddy District registered for the offence punishable under section 498-4 of lPC, 1860 and Sections 3 & 4 of Dp Act.

2. lt is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner/accused No.'l as well as respondent No.2 that during pendency of the present Criminal Petition, the parties have compromised the matter and accordingly, l.A.Nos.2 & 3 of ZO25 have been filed by respondent No.2/defacto complainant seeking permission to comfound the offences, to record compromise and to quash the proceedings against the petitioner in the above crime.

The learned Additional Public prosecutor has opposed the compromise petition. -..J 2 ETD,J t.a.Nos.2 & 3 o12025 i/and Crlp.Notj797 oJ 2A25 4- Since the parties were willing to enter into cor rpromise, they were given a chance to settle the matter by appeerng along with their respective counsel before the High Court L -'gal Services Committee for the State of Telangana vtde orders darl :d '19.11 2025 passed by this Court. The Secretary, High Court I egal Services Committee shall identify the parties and submit a repol to that effect.

5. Pursuant to the above said direction issued b1 his Court, the parties along with their respective counsel have appee -ed before the High Court Legal Services Committee for the State of ' elangana and the Secretary of the above said Authority identified ll e parties and submitted a report dated 20.11.2025 stating that tl^t parties were identified and they have willfully, without any coercic't , entered into compromise.

6. ln view of the above, l.A.Nos.2 & 3 of 2021 are allowed. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is allowed and tlt ) proceedings in C.C.No.1938 ot 2023, pending on the file of Xl Additional Metropolitan tVlagistrate Court at Rajendra Nagar, langa Reddy District, are hereby quashed subject to the petitior :r paying an amount of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand )nly) to the i.Eng"n, High Court Bar Association, Hyderabad : rd Rs.5,0001 (Rupees Five Thousand Only) to the Telangan:r State Legal 3 tfD) t.A Nos.2 & ioI2o2s in/ond Crtp No13797 ol 2025 Services Authority, within a period of two (02) weeks from today and file proof of the same before the Registry.
