At the time when the matte r is raken up for hearing, Sri L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government pleader for Revenue would submit that the petitioners filed the present writ petition questioning the orders passed bv respondent No. I uide Memo No.Fl /2627 /2OO8, dated 24.O5.2OO8 ancl if rhe petitioners are 1 EW,J Wp_12277 _2025 aggrieved by the said orders, they may file appeal before the Special Tribunal concerned.

In view of the submission made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue and since the petitioners have having an efhcacious alternative remedy of appeal, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition relegating the petitioners to avail the remedies as available under law.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
