A consequential prayer is sought to direct respondent Nos.2 to 4 to consider the said representations and online application for issuing patta passbook in favor of the petitioners. 2' w'P'No'33095 of 2024 is filed by the petitioners aggrieved by the action of respondent No.4 in not considering the petitioners, representations since 201 1 and online application dated 30.12.2022 for grant of patta passbook and titre deed for their agriculturar la,d admeasuring to a,, extent of Ac.o- 13 guntas in Survey No. r79 arrd an extent of Ac.o-24 g,ntas in survey No.203 situated at Lemoor Vilrage, Kandukur Mandal, Rangareddy District. A consequential prayer is respondent Nos.2 to 4 to consider the said sought to direct -t 2 representations al1d online application for issuing : etta passbook in favor of the petitioners.

3. When the matters are taken up for hearing, lt'i rned counsel for the petitioners sought liberty to file necessary at piications under provisions of the Bhu Bharathi Act,2025' 4 . Learned Assistant Government Pleader for R: 'enue submitted that the earlier applications made by the petitioners u.e not traceable or not maintainable in view of the fact that Bhu B-l rathi Act, 2025 has come into existence, and accordingly rerl tested to pass appropriate orders.

Having regard to the submissions made and co: sidering that the petitioners relied upon representations aI1d applicati, ,ns hled prior to enforcement of Bhu Bharathi Act,2025, this Court, rr 'thout going into the merits and demerits of the matters, deems it ap I -opriate to grant liberty to the petitioners to make necessarlz applicatr( ns alresh under Rule 7(2) of the Bhu Bharathi Act, 2025. Upon r;'rch applications being hled, the official respondents sha-ll consider he same, issue notice to all interested parties, afford an opportuniti of hearing, arld thereafter pass appropriate orders strictly in accordalt :e w'ith law.
