2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pieader for Home appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.I to 4. With their consent, this writ petition is taken up for disposal. Notice to respondent No.5 is dispensed with

The facts of the case in brief are tl-rat petitioner claims to be the absolute or'rmer and possessor of the residential property bearing Door No. 1 1- 1-53/ I admeasuring 273.5 sq.yds., at Venkates\ 'ara Colony, Chunchupalli Village and Mandal, Bhadraclr i l(othagudem District. It is submitted that when respo;r lent No. 5 is attempting to interfere in the peaceful pos; :ssion of the petitioner, petitioncr filed a suit for permal j 'rt injunctior-r in O.S.No.97 12015 on the file of Court of j rb- Divisional Magistrate and Special Assistant to Goverr L nent, Mobile Court at Bhadrachalam along rn ith I. A. No . , 15/20i5 lor grant of interim injunction.
