RAV|NDER, ASST. cp F OR REVENUE The Court made the following: ORDER THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE E.V.VENUGOPAL UIRIT PETITION No.323O3 of 2025 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed prayrng this Court to declare the action of respondent Nos.3 and 4 in not furnishing the panchanama and tonch map of the survey conducted on 09.1O.2O25 in FiIe No.A/2626/2O25 1n connection with the petitioner's agricultural land situated in Sy.No.77 of Sankalamaddi Village, Moosapet Mandal, Mahabubnagar District without considering the representation, along with challan, dated 10.10.2025, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles L4 , 16, 2l and 3OO-A of Constitution of India and consequently, prayed for other appropriate reliefs.

2. Heard Sri Jetti Anjaney'ulu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents and with their consent this Writ Petition is being disposed of at the admission stage. 2 EVV, J Wp 32303 2025 .\

Learned counsel for the petitioner woulcl submit that the petitioner is the owner and possessor >f the rand admeasuring Ac.O.OS guntas in Sy.No.77/2EIi situated at Sanka_larnaddi Village, Moosapet Mandal, Ma rabubnagar District, having acquired the same from h .: ancestors. Learned counsel for the petitioner would fu r her submit that the name of ttre petitioner is recorded a j pattadar in all the revenue records ald the revenue au..l orities a_lso issued e-pattadar passbook No.TOl2OlOO3Og Lid.e Khata No.465 in his favour under the provisions of tJr r Telangana Rights in Land and pattadar passbooks Act, 2O2O. Learned counsel for the petitioner would fu - her submit that when there is a dispute with re6: rd to the identification and localisation of . the sar i land the petitioner has made an application before thr: respondent authorities for conducting survey of the sa i, i land and acting on the said application, survey was ct tducted on 09.1O.2025 in File No.Al2626/2025 after issui rg notice to a-11 the concemed. The grievance of the petitir ner is that having conducted the survey on 09.l() 2025. the 3 EVV, J Wp 323O3_2025 respondent authorities are not furnishing the copy of the survey report, tonch map and also panchanama copy to enable him to enjoy the absolute rights over tJre property and also fixation of the boundaries of the said extent of land, which is in his possession. I

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue ( t appearing for the respondents has not disputed the submission of the representation, dated 10.10.2025 by the petitioner requesting respondent No.3 to furnish the panchanama and tonch map which were prepared at the time survey conducted on O9.1O.2O25 in File No.A/2626/2025 and the respondent authorities would furnish the same in due course of time.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, this Court is of the opinion that the ends of justice would be met if respondent No.3 is directed to furnish a copy of the survey report, dated 09.10.2025 ln File No.A/2626/ 2025 dong with panchanama and tonch map to the 4 EVV, J Wp 32303 2025 petitioner within a period of two weeks frorrL the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to enabre r im to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.
