Respondents COMMON ORDER: This Criminal Petition has been filed by the petitioners/ accused Nos. 1 to 7 seeking to quash the proceedings in PRC No.36 of 2025 on the fite of the Principal Junior Civil Juige-cum-Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Ranga Reddy District at Shadnagar.

2. Heard Mr.Madanu Naresh, learned counsel for the petitioners, Ms.K.Madhavi, learned counsel for respondent No.2, and Mr.Jithender Rao Veeramalla, learned Additionai Public Prosecutor, appearing on behalf of respondent No.1-State.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that during the pendency of the present Criminal Petition, at the instance of the well 2 wishers, relatives and elders, the parties have set ,led the disputes pending between them and entered into comproml e and filed Joint Compromise Memo. Accordingly, the parties have f led I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2025 seeking permission to compound the olfer :cs and to record the compromise respectively.

4. This Court uide order, dated 16. I2.2O25, dt :cted the parties i.e., the petitioners and respondent No.2, to apperr before the High Court Legal Seruices Committee, Hyderabad, on or l :fore 20.12.2025. In compliance of the said order, the Secretarv, 1 tigh Court Legal Services Committee, has submitted report, dated 1! .12.2025, stating that petitioner Nos.1 to 6 and respondent No.2 u.: -e duly identihed with copies of their Aadhar Cards/Voter ID Card. t is further stated that they have willfully and without any coeril on entered into compromise.

Learned counsel for the petitioners subm 1 ,ed that though petitioner No.7/accused No.7 appeared before the {igh Court Legal Services Committee, his presence is not recorded cr his surname is not tallied with the Aadhar C: the ground that -d. He further submitted that Rachakonda Narsinga Rao @ Narsimha and Rachakatla Narsinga Rao, are one and the same. e filed the sworn affidavit of petitioner No.7/accused No.7 vide USR ll r.150406 of 2025 to that effect. 3

6. Learned counsel for respondent No.2 and the Iearned Additional Public Prosecutor have not disputed the same.

In view of the report submitted by the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee, Hyderabad, and also in view of the compromise entered between the petitioners and respondent No.2 as well as the submissions made by the respective parties, I.A.Nos.2 ald 3 of 2025 are allowed. Consequently, the proceedings in pRC No.36 of 2025 on the filc of the principal Junior civil Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Ranga Reddy District at Shadna gar, are hereby quashed against thc petitioners/A1 to A7.

Accordingly, the Criminal petition is allowed, subject to payment of costs of Rs.10,0OO/- (Rupees ten thousand only) to the High Court Legal Services Committee, Hyderabad, and Rs.S,OOO/_ (Rupees Iive thousand only) to the Telangana High Court Advocates, Association, Hyderabad, by the petitioners, on or before 09.O1.2026.
