Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, leamed Govemment pleader places reliance of the recent G O issued by the Govemment of Telangana vide G.O.Ms.No 98 dated 23'08 2025 to constitute a committee to consider the grievances of the pcrsons affected by the notifications issued under Section 22(A) of the Registration Act. The said G.O refers to the judgment passed by this Court on 14.08.2025 in W.P.No.5382, 9163,9942, 10149, 10166 and 10168 of 2021, directing to constitute a Committee to considerthegrievancesofthepersonsaffectedbythenotifications issued under Section 22-A(lXlXe) of the Registration Act, 1908' \J I 2

Accordingly, a Committee was constituted cor ;isting of the Secretary to (iovemment and Chief Commissio t:r of Lancl Adrr inist-ration as Chairrrlan ar-rd Retired Judicial ( l'f rcer of the rank ol' a I)istrict .ludge as one of the Mcrr.l cr and lhe (lornmissioner and Director of Survey, Settlenr,-, rr. and Land Records, Hyderabad. Telangana as another member rnd Convener to examine the records and pass a reasoned order of re grievances of the parties. l-hc said Cornrnittee can examine i; ,ues and pass appropriate orders either accepting or rejecting the rricvances by confirming/deleting/modifring any such property lir n rhc notilled list of the properlies. The said tnemo also instructed the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Telangana, Hyderabad to obtain the dctails oI properlies notitled under section 22-A( l)(a), ( I )(b), (t Xd), ( t Xc) & (lXe) of thc Registration Act, 1908 for Prohibition in the prescribed profbrrnas (APPENDIX-XI (Rules 238 to 241) FORMS I, Il,lll, IV & V) from the respective District Collectors and also from Commissioner ol EndowmenVCEO, Wakl Board and consolidate the said information as well as I'umish it in the prescribed proformas for placing before the Committee for taking further action in the matter'
