2. Heard Mr. P.Roy Reddy, learned counsel for petitioners and Ms. Dara Haritha Kiran, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration for respondents.

3. It is brought to the notice of this Court that in similar circumstances, this Court passed orders, annexed documents at Page No.92,96 and 101 (P9, P10 and Pl1 respectively). It is trite to extract the contents of order in W.P.No.2796 I of 2025, r,r,hich are as follows: "Heard learned Counsel appearing for thc petitioner and leamed Assistant Government Pleade r for Stamps and Registration appearing for the respondents and perused the material on record. With their consent, this wnt petition is disposed of at the stage of admission. 2. This Writ Petition is fr.led questioning the refusal order passed by respondent No.4 vide Memo No.349/2O2 l, dated 23.09.2O21, refusing to register the pending document bearing No.P.62l12C21, dated 10.O8.2O2 1, in respect of the plot bearing No.126-H in Sun'cy No.653 admeasuring 3OO sq. yards situated at Paranchcru Town and Mandal, Sanga Reddy District. 2 JAK,J w__32119_2025

Learned Counsel for the peLitioner submitted thzt lJle: issue involved in this writ petition is squarely coverr) Lb)' order passed by this Court in W'P'No'96( 4 of 2O2O and Batch, dated 2a.O2.2O23, and the sa'ste is no1: disputed by learned Assistant Government Pleade r for Stamps ali Registration. The relevant portion fron fit: said common order reads as follows: "ln the light of the above, the impugned orde' passed by the respondents in the batch of wi petitions ty referring to the letters of the Distri: bollector, Sangareddy District i t ' L.R.No.F1/2O51l06, dated 28.11-2006 ar ( 2A.O|.2Ol7 and G.O.Ms.No.lO77, dated 07 'O8'2OU are unsustainable and accordingly, tltey are hereb' sct aside."
