L04 guntas in Su^,cy No. ; i 5 RU situated at Bibinagar Vrllagc and Mandal. The said prop€ -rv u,as registercd before the Sub Regrstrar office. Bibinagar, uide |are Deed No.2121 of 1984, datecl 09.10.1984. Thereafter, the I rritioner made an application before the revenue authorities lor is_. ting pattadar pass book and title deed for the said rand and after : -re verification, the revenue authorrties have issued pattadar pass look and titre deed uide document No.752 of 2OA7. Subsequently. ,ctitioner made an application for issuing of new pattadar pass lr rok and title deed and the reveruc authorities have also issued trr: new book and title deed uide document No.B59 ol 2019, dated l .06.2019 and the petitioner is in peaceful possession of the s: rd land, receiving Rythu Bandhu subsidies frorn the Governmen. of Telangana. After causing detailed enquin., rlotice darte.l 21 .10.2025 uas issued to the petitioner by r,r,av of registered post on 25.1O.2025, u,herein it is stated in the complaint that the petitioner claimed thc ownership of the land admeasuring Ac.1.04 guntas in Survey No.415 and requested police protection to tl-re pctitioner and his family. It is submiltecl that the petitioner earlier also 1'rad lodged a carlier complaint against M/s Narne Estates on 13.O9.2025. Regarding the same dispute, on 16.09.2025 the representatives of M/s Narne Estates had also filed a complaint claiming orvnership ol the land admeasuring Ac.71.00 guntas in Survey Nos.41 2 to 417 wherein it is stated that they have l'enced the propertl, rvith a precast v,all but the petitioner had entered into their land ar-rd removed a portion of the said wall, erected boundary poles (khadies), and also claimed ownership of the land. It is lurther submittecr that on both the complaints, the police visited the spot and verified the facts and found tl'rat a precast wall had already' beerr ere,cted earlier 6y M / s Narne Estate and no crops were found on the lard, which appeared to be fallow (padava).ln the said circumstances, the petitioner was advised to approach the Revenue Department or the concerned Civil Ccjurt for a proper survey to demarcate the boundaries of the- d Upon receiving but respondent No.5 failed to register anv crime z sarinst tl-re said persons, u,ho ar-c tn,ing to grab the petitiorrr.
