RAVINDER AGP FOR t EVENUE The Court made the following: ORDER THE TIONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE E.V.VENUGOPAL WRIT PETITION No.32O79 of 2025 oRpE!: This Writ Petition is filed praying this Court to declare the action of the respondents in not considering the application bearing No.25OO08122 I, dated 12.06.2024. submitted by the petitioner in Revenue Sadassu, seeking correction of the revenue records in respect of the land admeasuring Acs.2.l2 guntas in Sy.No.9O1A,/ I, situatcd at Nau'abpet, Kadam Mandal, Nirmal District by changing the nature of land from 'Assigned Land' to 'Patta Land', as illegal, arbitran', violative of Articies 14, 16 and 2l of Constitution of India and against thc principles of natural justice and for other consequential reliels.

2. Heard Sri Kondadi Ajay Kumar, learned counsel lor the petitioner and Sri L-Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the rcspondents and rvith their consent, this writ petition is being takcn up for disposal at the admission stage.

3. Learned counse! for the petitioner nould submit that the petitioner is the owner and possessor of the land admeasuring Ac.1.07 guntas in Sy.No.90/A and Acs.2.12 guntas in 1 EVV. Learned Assistant Governmcrrt Plcedt-r lor Revenue on the other hand would submit that a notice under Sc,ction 4 oi the Tclangana Bhu Bharati (Record of Rights in Land) Act, 2025 read rvith Rule 4 of the Telangana Tclangana Bhu Bharati (Record of Rights in Land) Rules, 2025 ',vas issued to the petitioner directing her to submit an alhdavit along r,t'ith the supporting documents rvithin seven days from the date c[ receipt of the said notice. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would further submit that as per the statLIS o[ Bhu Bharati portal, a notice r'vas generated and the petitioner's application is under due veriflcation. The petitioncr, instcad oI filing affidavit, has rushed to this Court at premature stage. Horvever, he would submit that the petitioner mav be dirccted to Iile necessary afhdavit as sought for by respondent No.4 and on filing ol such affidavit, an enquiry rvould bc conductcd after issuing notice to all the concerned and after verification of all the revenue records and affording an opportuniry* of personal hearing, necessary orders would be passed in due course of Ume E\ \ .
