Basha Vali, learned counsel for the petitioner. Mr. G. Ravi, learned counsel representing Mr. T. Sharath, learned Standing Counsel tor Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences, appears for respondent No.2 (hereirraftcr referred to as, "the University").

2. With the consent of the learned counsel lor l.he parties, the rnatter is heard linally.

3. Petitioner, a resident cf Telangana State, obtained legistration for admission to MBBS/BDS course, under management quota, for the academic year 2025-26. She had secured A11 India Ralk 723019 under OBC category. Petitioner contends that she submitted an application for I admission into MBBS/BDS course, for tire acaciernic 1,<:ar 2 ---' 2025-26, under ,B&C, category with requisite fee before the cut-off <late. However, due to her ill_he.rLlth, she coulci not exercise web option in the hrst phase ,rf counselling, for admissLon into MBBS/BDS course, under ,B&C, catc€rory for the academic year 2o2s-26 br:rbre 2:00 p.m. on 24.O9.2025, in terms of the notilcation dated 22.O9.2025. 4 Lcarr-rerl counsel for the petitioner sul:mits that the petitioner has approached this Court sin:e, even after approaching the U.iversity, her requo it was not entertai ned. He prays that the respondents te directed to consider the case of the petitioner in line, with similar order dated 09.lO.2O2S, passed by thi,; Court, W.P.No.3OB19 of 2025. 1n

5. Learned Standing Counsel for the Universit5z has referred ro rhe notification dated 22.Og.,.2025. It is submitted that the note and instructions to the candidates. categorically specify that the canriidates in the final merit Jisl , rvho do not exercise web optio:: s in the first 3 phase of counselling, shall not be eligible to exercise n.eb options in the subsequent phase of counselling to prevent seat blocking. Petitioner is one such candidate, who has not exercised her web options 1n the hrst round of counselling nor has opted for admission into MBBS/BDS course under 'B&C' category, where after only she could avail the remaining seats under the said category. He submits that the corrigendum dated 04. lO.2O25 and

06.1O.2025 permits fresh registrations only to such caldidates, who had exercised web options. Therefore, the petitioner does not fit in the said category. He, however, submits that if the petitioner makes a representation, the University would consider it in accordance with law.

Having considered the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner as also the learned Standing , t counsel for University and having regard to the above I facts and circumstances, petitioner is allowed liberty to make a representation before respondent No.2-University 1 Y 1n respect ()f her claim lor exercise of we b options for admission into MBBS/BDS course, for the rrcademic year 2025-26, under 'B&C' category. On re'<:eipt of such representation, the University would considcr'the same in accordance r.l,ith law w'ithin a period of two rl eys

7. If the lJniversity allows the petitioner tc exercise her web options, her case shall be considered in the unfilled seats in the mop-up round.

8. Let it be made clear that we have not :xpressed aly opinion on the merits of the case
