With their consent, this writ petition is being taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

This writ petition has bccn filed seeking to declare the action of the respondent No.5 in interfering into thc petitioner's peaceful life and liberty and also interfering into the civil rlisputes between the petitioner and the respondents Nos.6 and 7 anci calling thc petitioner to the police station and threatening to hand over thc ['lot No.65, admeasuring to an extent of 200 Sq.yds, in Sy Nos.288 and 294, situated at Ganesh Reddy Nagar, Turka Yamjal Village, AMullapurmet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, during the pendency of O.S No.169 of 2013 and creating panic situation is illegal, arbitrary, \ \ violative of provisions of Article 74, 15,21 and 300 A of the Constitution of India and also violativc of principlcs of Natural Justice and consequently direct the respondent No.5 not to interfere into the petitioner's peaceful life and liberty and not to interfere into thc civil disputes between petitioner and the respondents Nos.6 and 7 cluring thc pendency of O.S No.i69 of 2073, pending on the file of learned Junior Civil judge at Hayathnagar.

Today when the n'nttcr has been taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Governmcnt Pleader for Home appearing, for respondent Nos.1 to 5, 2 on instructiorls submits that the respondent authorities are neither interfering with the pctitioner's personal life and liberty nor threatcned the petitioner to hand over the subiect property to respondent Nos.6 ar-rd 7

I{ecording the submissions made by learned counsel appearing on either side and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ pctition is disposed of directing respondent authorities not to interfere with the petitioner's personal life and liberty. It is made clear that the rcspondent authorities shall follow due procedure as contcmplatecl under law beforc initiating any action against'.he petitioner or thc subiect property.
