3. During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the parties reached to a consensus. It is agreed that the impugned order before the Writ Court dated 17.06.2O21 passed by the Special Tribunal, Ranga Reddy District, is without assigning any reasons and therefore, the said order dated 17.06.2021 may be set aside for not assigning reasons and the matter may be restored on the frle of learned Special Tribunal, Ranga Reddy District with a direction to the Special Tribunal to decide the revision,in accordance with law. The parties agreed to appear before the Special Tribunal on 27 .O2.2O25 at 11.30 AM' For this I I 2 purpose, no separate notice will be required to be issu.ed. The Tribunal shall rehear the parties ald pass a fresh order, in accordarrce with law. Any finding given by the learnr:d Single Judge in WP.No,27215 of 2O2l on merits will not be binding on the Tribunal. The Tribunal shail decide the matter on its own merits.
