3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, assailing the arrest of the petitioner in Crime No. 438 of 2018 registered by respondent No. 4, the present petition has been filed seeking appropriate directions
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that the said crime was duly investigated, and upon completion of the investigation, a charge sheet was filed, which was taken on file as C.C. No 1793 of 20'18 on the file of the Court of the ll Additional Junior Civil Judge-cum-ll Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kushaiguda. lt is further submitted that, after due trial, the matter culminated in conviction, and the accused was sentenced to six months' simple imprisonment and a fine of Rs 10,0001 vide ludgment dated 2O.O4.2O22 Hence, the contention raised by the petitioner is without merit, and the learned Assistant Government Pleader prays for dismissal of the petition 5 I have perused the material available on record -:-- J
6. The grievance of the petitioner is that he was illegally arrested in connection with Crime No. 438 of 2018. However, the developments reported by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home clearly establish that, following due investigation, a charge sheet was filed, and after a full-fledged trial, the proceedings resulted in conviction. ln light of these developments, the contention of the petitioner that his arrest was illegal and arbitrary is unfounded. Since the matter has already culminated in conviction, nothing further remains for consideration in this petition. -
