Kiran, learned counsel for respondent No.2, submitt r I that during the pendency of the present Criminal petition, at the ins [ance of the well wishers, relatives and eiders, the parties have settlc: the dispute and entereri compromise and filed Memorandum o I Understanding. Accordingly, respondent No.2 l-rled I.A.Nos.3 and 4 :'2O25 to perrnit 2 \, \ them to comPound the offences and to record the compromise entered between them resPectivelY' 3. This Court uide order, dated 17'11'2025' directed the pafiies i.e., the petitioner and respondent No'2' to appear before the High Court Legal Services Committee' Hyderabad' on or before 25. 11.2025. In compliance of the said order' the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee' has submitted report, dated 25.11'2025, stating that the petitioner and respondent No.2 were duly identified with copies of their Aadhar Cards. " it is further stated that the parties have willfully and without any coercion entered into compromise' 4. Learned counsel appearing for respondent No'2 has not opposed the same' 5. The parties herein have filed Memorandum of Understanding along with I'A'No'4 of 2025' The said Memorandum of Understanding and the report of the Secretary' Telangana High Court Legal Services Committee' Hyderabad' are placed on record.
