2. Heard Mr.V.Brahmaiatr Chowdary, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.D.Pradeep, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.l to 5.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has passed away and seeks time to obtain further instructions.
4. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that, as per the instmctions received from the Sub-Inspector of Police, Attapur, an enquiry was conducted with the petitioner's son. It was stated that, during the petitioner's lifetime, when he intended to t construct a boundary wall, certain individuals had illega1ly interfered with the constmction, leading to the filing of the present petition. However, the bound.ar5r wall and a gate have since been constmcted, and there h?" been no further interference from those individurt.*tiltreafter. - 3 Accordingly, there is no subsisting issue on the aspect raised in the petition. Hence, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home prays that the writ petition be dismissed.

6. The written instructions fiIed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, along with the statement of Mr. Akash Deep Agarwal, the petitioner's son, have been duly considered. Upon examination of the said statement and the record, it is evident that nothing further remains for adjudication in this matter, nor does the case warrant any further direction.
