2. Mr. D. Suresh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the official respondents have failed to consider his representation dated 14.07.2025, wherein he sought equal distribution of land acquisition ex grataa in respect of the unauthorizedly occupied land taken over from the petitioners' joint family. Hence, the present petition has been filed seeking appropriate directions.
3. Ms. K. Radha Reddy, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Land Acquisition, appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 5, fairly admits that the petitioner's representation dated ]
14.07.2025 is pending consideration before respondent No.3. She further submits that an appropriate direction may be issued to the J said authority to decide the representation within a stipulated time frame.
4. I have perused the material available on record.

Having regard to the grievance of the petitioner and the admitted pendency of the representation dated 14.07.2025 betore respondent No.3, this Court finds it appropriate to direct expeditious adjudication of the same. Accordingly, respondent No.3 is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's representation dated 14.07.2025 in accordance with law, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and to communicate the decision so taken to the petitioner forthwith.
