3. Whr:n the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks a direction to olficial respondents to consider the Application No.22O0O4Z4I7, dated 15-06-2022 forthwith and pass appropriate orders.

I-earned Assistant Government pleader for Revenue seeks a direction to the petitioner to file an on-line application as per th.e relevant provisions of the Telangana Bhu Bharati Act, 2O2!i (for short, "the Act") seeking the said relief. Upon filing sur:h application, the same would be considered, in accordance with law.

Har"ing regard to the submissions of both the learned counsel and on perusal of the material available on record, this Court is inclined to direct the petitioner to file an on-line application as per the relevant provisions of the Act seeking the said relief. On filing such application, the official respondents are directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders, as expeditiously as possible, strictly in accordance with law, by putting the petitioner and all the interesterl parties on notice and a-ffording them sufficient opportunity of hearing. 3

6. Accordingly, this writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Writ Petition shall stand closed. SD/.
